Put Storm Cunningham On Your Team
Most our work is done via our
expert teams, and within our
Real
Revitalization Program.
But, sometimes all you need is some expert input on a
specific plan, project, partnership, or program.
You might not be ready to create a renewal engine, or
you might already have one. In such cases, Storm's
perspective might be all you need to resolve your
challenge.
Storm is the advisor you want when integrated revitalization policies
and restorative development strategies are what you
need. Learn how to efficiently design and fully
fund the renewal of your built, natural, cultural, & economic
assets together, with full stakeholder involvement.

Do you want
to create a culture of renewal among the
business, government, academic, and non-profit leaders
of your city or region?
Do
you want your company to harness the fast-growing,
trillion-dollar global
restoration economy?
Do you want
a redevelopment program that renews all
12 sectors
of
restorable assets?
The leading edge of green
building, smart growth, sustainable development,
etc. is restorative
development....not just doing less damage, but
actually repairing previous damage to your area, and
renewing the capacity of your current assets. The the
fastest, most efficient way to achieve rapid, resilient,
regional, renewal is via policies and strategies based
on the 3 Renewal Rules. These are revealed in Storm's
new book, ReWealth (McGraw-Hill, May 2008). But you can
learn the secrets of creating and funding renewal partnerships now by putting Storm
on your team.

Resolution
Fund, LLC (RF) CEO
Storm Cunningham consults
individually with public policy leaders, business
leaders, and not-for-profit leaders when appropriate (RF
normally
uses team-based consulting to address the complex
challenges of revitalizing communities, regions, and
disaster areas.) Storm's personal clients range from
mayors and governors to entrepreneurs, federal agencies, and Fortune
500 firms.
Storm's
Fees:
New Fee Structure
(as of Feb. 2007): Since 2002, the demand on Storm's
time has steadily increased, with corresponding fee
increases. He has now switched to a sliding scale, with
fees determined on a case-by-case basis.
One reason for the change is his broad spectrum of
client types. They range from huge corporations and
professional associations with tens of thousands of
employees or members, to small colleges and tiny
non-profits. Public clients range from small towns to
federal agencies, such as Environment Canada and the
U.S. State Department.
The other reason for the new sliding scale is the nature
of revitalization work, which often entails working with
folks who are in dire straits. Fees from wealthy cities
and large organizations help Storm offer affordable fees
(sometimes even pro bono) to struggling tribes
and regions in desperate need of economic
revitalization, cultural renewal, and/or environmental
restoration.
Why Put
Storm on Your Team?
As the author who
first brought the
restoration economy to the world's attention...
As
the Executive Director of
Revitalization Institute,
the
non-profit alliance for community renewal & natural
resource restoration...
As the world's leading
public speaker on restorative development and
integrated revitalization policies and strategies...
...you won't find anyone more
attuned to the trends, people, companies, and places
that are restoring our world for a living.
-
If you
represent a community or region, the
best revitalization consultant is the one who can
help you integrate all of your
stakeholder groups with the renewal of all of your
environments: natural, built, economic, and social.
-
If you
represent a company that performs restorative work,
the best consultant is the one who can help you
integrate all of your professional services into a
revitalization solution that attracts more RFPs/RFQs,
and that helps you win the bids.
Miscellaneous
Thoughts Regarding Putting Storm on Your Team
Entrepreneurs have
literally hundreds of kinds of opportunities to create
(or grow) businesses and non-profit organizations that
specialize in the restoration of natural resources
and/or the revitalization of communities and regions.
This fast-growing $2 trillion global economic sector
needs a vast array of services, technologies, and
related products.
But, even "green"
companies and conservation NGOs are often stuck in the
old "pioneer economy" paradigm, whereby the choices are
limited to new development or conservation. As a result,
they are missing the growth opportunities of restorative
development, which is far more appropriate in a world as
damaged as ours now is. The blindness of
well-established companies and non-profits to this
historic "restoration economy" transition creates a huge
opportunity for restorative business and social
entrepreneurs.
|
Your
organization doesn't need to be
development-oriented
to tap
the
growth opportunities of the restoration
economy. |
|
Nor does it need
to be a young, entrepreneurial newcomer. For instance,
one of Storm's current consulting clients is
PPG Industries.
Formed in 1883,
they are #236 in the Fortune 500 and have
108 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
After reading
The Restoration Economy, PPG's
leaders realized they offered many excellent products
used in the restoration and
renovation of buildings, but the products weren't
integrated to facilitate cross-selling, nor
was restorative development a formal focus of their
R&D. Those opportunities are now being
addressed: Storm
is helping them name, design, and
market-plan their new Building Renewal™
initiative for a 2006 roll-out.

Whether you wish to transition an
organization or community from new development to restorative
development, grow an organization that already performs
restorative development, or start a new endeavor from
scratch, Storm Cunningham's unique perspective on the
global restoration economy can make all the difference
between success and failure. Now, you can have him
on your team for a fraction of the fully-loaded cost of
staff strategist.
Use Storm to advise your marketing
strategies, design a sustainable growth strategy, help
develop new products/services,
identify potential mergers/acquisitions, design and help
launch new ventures, or provide a constant scan for
threats and opportunities to your organization. Storm is especially
useful in large organizations that possess many
different types of restorative expertise, but which are
having trouble effectively cross-selling them, or
integrating them to form a profitable new service.
As CEO of
Resolution Fund, LLC, as Executive Director of
Revitalization Institute, as a popular
speaker at development and environmental conferences
worldwide, and as author
of a modern business
classic,
The Restoration Economy,
Storm is in the catbird
seat. He is often the first to hear of new
projects, new community revitalization initiatives, new
global trends, new academic research, new technologies,
and new companies. There is no faster, more
efficient way to bring your project, community, or organization up
to speed on the global transition to restorative
development than by putting Storm on your team.
