The Places To Invest reports are for redevelopers, investors, and employers who want to know which cities and regions are most likely to experience an increase in their economy, their quality of life, and their environmental health in the near future.
These reports are based on the Renewal Quotient: the first metric for determining a community's capacity for regeneration. Annual Places To Invest reports will be issued on a national basis, with the first one (for Canada) appearing in November, 2010.
